Be careful of doing ANY type of business with this company I am starting to think that their model is to also try to try to get people into contracts and litigate. I never signed up to do business with this company one of my contractors thought it would be a good idea to look at getting a virtual space at one of their addresses. I have a business account with Regus. Regus made an invoicing error and overcharged me. I got SIX (6) separate Helpdesk cases started over the past month, with no resolution, and they charged my credit card (the wrong amount) automatically. After a full month of escalations, today I was told that nothing can be done about the overcharge - even though it was an internal mistake. Nothing wrong with the location. This is about Regus. Be careful before you sign up with them. Their billing charged me 3 times for a single month. I raised two helpdesk cases as they mention but no response from them. I will file a dispute with my credit card company for the incorrect charges.
