There has been an ongoing issue with my company and Regus. From billing me for services I did not sign up for and did not receive. To the latest, I have not been able to access my office for the entirety of the month of June until today. So, when I went to sit down in my office and get some work done, I discovered they had removed my desk and chair! We are having a billing issue with Regus and it has been impossible to get someone who can resolve it. Our credit card is auto-drafting the monthly rent of the space, yet Regus has set the date incorrectly. They are billing us a $175 late fee each month, automatically charged to the credit card, despite this being their error.
