Hey Brownsburg neighbors — heads up if you use flexible office space providers: read all the fine print on move-out fees and retainer handling. In my experience, a restoration fee was charged on exit, with rate changes governed by “house rules” that didn’t align with my original agreement and the timing of prior work. Make sure you ask specifically how exit charges and retainers are handled before signing so there are no surprises at the end of your lease.

Wr have had an office in this location since January of '25 . It is convenient to get to from the interstate. There is ample parking spaces available. The restaurants located downstairs and across the street make it easy to have business lunches. The park located behind the building also make for a great place to take a break after a long meeting. I had an appointment there and the lady up front was really nice. I was cold she offered coffee and showed me where to go.
