We are having a billing issue with Regus and it has been impossible to get someone who can resolve it. Our credit card is auto-drafting the monthly rent of the space, yet Regus has set the date incorrectly. They are billing us a $175 late fee each month, automatically charged to the credit card, despite this being their error. We have attempted to escalate the issue with the management, but they are proving unresponsive. The office space itself is nice. The payment system is appallingly bad, as is the customer support.
