They’ll promise you one thing and do another—adding hidden fees, making misleading claims about services, and increasing prices without warning. When you try to address the issues, they ignore you completely. They even refused to go to arbitration, despite it being clearly stated in the contract. Terrible! I registered for a space to take a virtual meeting in a secure area during my travels. I checked in just fine. But then, I left for lunch, came back and there was no one available to let me in for an hour. As a result, I missed my meeting. I blame the management for not having this space staffed properly.
