I moved out, they took forever (3 months) to return my retainer. Finally they returned it, then sent me to collections for a bill that I don’t owe. I paid everything which is why they returned my retainer. I’ve reached out to Eric, he has spoken to me numerous times, mentioning he is looking into and is going to resolved it for me. My contract with Regus ended July 31, 2025....I STILL have not received my retainer (which was 2 months rent up front). Nothing but EXCUSES and INACTION...I do not recommend this company In response I have a lengthy email thread that I would like to share with you...regarding this issue...dating back to August 18, 2025... (Your enquiry C-2937719-R6S3 CRM:04941272573)... perhaps you can take a look at this prolonged issue yourself? Thank you...I just wanted to say that this issue has now been resolved...6 months later.
