My contract with Regus ended July 31, 2025....I STILL have not received my retainer (which was 2 months rent up front). Nothing but EXCUSES and INACTION...I do not recommend this company In response I have a lengthy email thread that I would like to share with you...regarding this issue...dating back to August 18, 2025... The overall facility is nice, and it's in a great location. The reason for my 1 star review is their billing, pricing and accounting practices. At every chance they get they will "nickel and dime" you to death. The deposit required for each individual office is doubled. You have to pay double deposit as well as the first months rent. Once you pay that, you are required to pay on the 15th, 15 days in advance of your month instead on or before the first. If you'd like better internet speeds, there is an extra cost for that.
