Great office space
As their customer of the Virtual Office & Mailing Address service, I'm very disappointed. I started in June 2024, and for a few months, they were charging me additional fees I didn't subscribe to. It took them around a month to finally cancel it after I complained. But the most frustrating thing for me was just today when I received my forwarded mail from June 2024. Do not use Regus. I cannot terminate my account and they forced me use additional more than one year.
We took monthly contract, at Calgary place, Calgary at 330, 5th Ave SW location , Regus did not provide full address on Agreement, then on follow up, the unprofessional Answer from Help desk, “there is no way we can edit your agreement and cannot put full address” is this kind of emails someone can expect from Customers service department. Then I talked to manager at Calgary place to change my contact from monthly to six month contract, and he agree to put full address at new agreement, but during changing contract they char... read more
The Customer service is really bad and rude. Asking a question will get you a rude answer. I asked the customer service agent do you guys follow up with your customers. She answered me we don't do babysit. which is really rude comment. Well her manager was siting with her. I was polite with her. As I works in hospitality industry for long time. This is not how anyone response to customers.
