I have been with Regus for almost 9 years and have been very impressed with the professionalism, always friendly, and positive attitude from Nicole Pepper, the Community Manager at my office at TD Canada Trust Tower. She greets me with a beautiful smile every time I come in, making my workday so much better. Her attitude and way of being appears to be the same for all other tenants and for all of my patients.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Regus and Nicole Pepper. From the moment I walked into the building, Nicole came across as unprofessional and cold. As my circumstances changed and I needed to discuss possible options or different locations, Nicole's initial response was to threaten sending me to collections if I didn't pay up. Week after week, I received emails about additional and hidden charges that Nicole deemed as "mandatory." It felt like a never-ending money grab, with no consideration for my situation... read more

They have an auto renewal many months prior to lease expiration. We canceled our lease prior to lease end and they are forcing us to pay for a years lease. Just put charges through our credit card whenever they want with no reason. Don't get involved with these people, it's like a timeshare.
