Paper thin walls. Day 1 of moving in and can hear conversations in adjacent offices as if there was no wall in-between. I'm regularly on calls and meetings with highly sensitive information that even if the office was free I couldn't use it. Management and reception were incredibly helpful in all ways trying to find a solution so this rating only represents upper level Regus who would not dissolve the lease even though I was happy to pay some penalty/fee for the hassle. They are great staff and helped you to find you needs. Am so proude for their services and engagements in all aspects
Watch out for the "restoration fees" (which can be more than your monthly bill) and don't bother to try and resolve your invoice queries. Despite the promises from the company to resolve our problems and providing a ticket number, we are still waiting - this was 2 weeks ago.
