Paper thin walls. Day 1 of moving in and can hear conversations in adjacent offices as if there was no wall in-between. I'm regularly on calls and meetings with highly sensitive information that even if the office was free I couldn't use it. Management and reception were incredibly helpful in all ways trying to find a solution so this rating only represents upper level Regus who would not dissolve the lease even though I was happy to pay some penalty/fee for the hassle. Watch out for the "restoration fees" (which can be more than your monthly bill) and don't bother to try and resolve your invoice queries. Despite the promises from the company to resolve our problems and providing a ticket number, we are still waiting - this was 2 weeks ago.
We experienced internet connectivity issues for three days from July 17th to July 19th, 2023. We were extremely displeased due to the building manager's rudeness and lack of response. I have been experiencing internet connectivity issues in the building for the past three days, and despite multiple inquiries, there has been no resolution or commitment to fix the problem.
