I rent my office from this space, while it is beautiful and staff are kind/helpful, Regus is only in it for the money. They charge tax on everything including rent and signage. A lot of hidden fees. If you are looking for an office - I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A lot of offices are empty and I can see why.
