TERRIBLE experience with Regus! After committing to a lease at their North Loop location, the office and leasing staff have gone silent on us. We have been unable to coordinate our move in and on top of that, they are adding hidden fees for internet and coffee. None of this was addressed with my company until 2 weeks prior to our move in date... We now have to scramble to figure out moving logistics and rework our small business' budget. Poor communication and not responsive.
Not very helpful throughout move in process.
Avoid REGUS! I toured Regus with Tyler Schroeder as I looked to relocate my small business. Tyler was prompt to respond although fairly aggressive in selling me on the office space. It was the location I wanted and Tyler was very responsive initially, so I moved forward. After signing the lease and paying the deposit, everything changed. Over the past 3 weeks, Tyler has disappeared. I called Tyler 3 weeks ago to confirm a move-in date and he said that would be “no problem”. So we booked professional movers for that day.
