I rented an office at Regus and got hit with a crazy cleaning fee at the end. The place was okay, but the cleaning charge was way too high. They didn't even warn me about it! The fee was ridiculous, way more than other places. It felt like they were just trying to take my money. Don't rent here unless you want to get ripped off. Find somewhere else! (Matt at reception is the best though, no hard feelings there)

If you're considering renting an office here, be prepared for an outrageous "Restoration" fee for cleaning. This fee is a complete rip-off, costing around a month's rent or $4.50 per square foot. Essentially, you'll be gouged with an extra month's rent just for cleaning services. I recently had an experience with Regus 125 commerce valley that left me quite frustrated. First, I want to highlight that Matt, the receptionist, was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and made the initial part of my experience quite pleasant. It's clear that he takes his job seriously and does it well.
