!!WARNING!! Do not sign up with Regus! The Shelby NC office is nice, but Regus is a terrible company to do business with. Their invoicing system and overall process is TERRIBLE! I was blatantly over charged 408.00 due to internal system failures. The Shelby office manager and staff are completely useless when it comes to location invoicing or issue resolution. I really enjoyed working out of this office space when I was in town for a week. The space is clean and new, the WiFi is fast, and the staff is super welcoming.
Brandy, the site manager at the Regus Shelby location has been truly amazing to work with! She is very quick to respond, and has been welcoming & so helpful each time I have booked to reserve meeting room space. You can tell she cares about her clients! We are excited to begin our monthly rental, and would highly recommend looking into renting from this location whether you need a space for a few hours, or something long term.
