Regus was the drop-off address for an urgent package which they were supposed to send via fedex. 3 days after dropping off the package (which I handed directly to an employee) it had not been received at the final location. Apparently, it was never sent out because they said they didn't have the zip code for the client location. If I had known they were so irresponsible as to not have their own client's address I would have just taken it to FedEx myself. If I could give the office/building management a thousand stars I would! David and his team helped us out when one of their tenants was shipped a massive parcel by accident and we needed it back. The tenant was honest and let us know that she got a package that was not paid for but she did not have time to print the return label, but handed the half open box to the front desk. David worked with me, printed the label, taped the box up and I believe even wrapped it in plastic so it would arrive safely. Amazing kindness and bey... read more
