I’ve been with Regus for a few years now, and I can confidently say their service has been exceptional. The front desk staff is consistently professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I need. Sharon and Andreas, in particular, go above and beyond, they’re genuinely caring, attentive, and make the workspace feel comfortable and well-run. Highly recommend.
I have an upcoming appointment and had a question for Regus. Andreas took my call and went absolutely above and beyond for me just now with great communication and follow through. What a nice employee with someone special like Andreas working here. You just don't find good quality customer service like this anymore. Definitely a WOW!
While the facilities are very good, there were many instances during my time here, where my company needed to interact with Regus customer service to resolve issues. Their computer systems were the crux of most of these, but that didn't bother me, it was my interactions with customer service. When trying to work with customer service there was not a spirit of collaboration, but more importantly, there was a failure to communicate, a lack of interpersonal skills while interacting with my company.
