Parking is very complicated. I have to scan a barcode and sign up. Each time you park you put in how long you think you need. Very inconvenient especially with winter coming.

So I would love to know why you have a 12 yr old girl working the front desk? Has no competence. Being part of the community and being able to help the community anyway should be a top for any business. It’s pretty sad that this place employees security officers who cannot do a simple job to help someone out.

After speaking with Jacklynn Brown in Castle Rock regarding our lease at the Regus location at 102 Tejon st suite 1100 I am at a loss for words. My husband and I are small business owners and rent an office. Upon moving offices we were charged "restoration fees". These fees are outlined as such items as cleaning out documents, cleaning the carpet, IT services .. These services were not provided and I was charged 639 dollars for services rendered. Associates Kennedy and Jai were very helpful. The offices were clean with a rewarding beautiful Rockies front range view. Easy parking and validated. Thanks
