Horrible experience taking my 2 yr old. They picked his hair from the root and continued to do so as he was saying "ow!". I asked the barber to give him a minute to take a breath and the barber told me he had other appointments. Multiple times throughout the cut, my son cried out. His previous barber never caused him pain. The barber at Reg's kept spraying his clippers with oil every few minutes so I imagine his clippers were dull. We don't know the barbers name because he never introduced himself.
Great service and very good frindly people work there.
My daughter travels from Houston to Hammond to have my grandson's hair cut at Reg's Shop. Lacy is his barber. She's always in awe at the results - his professionalism, attention to detail, clean 'fresh' cut. He's tenderhearted, however he loves when Lacy cuts his hair. She's working on getting a standing appt every 3 weeks. Not intended to take any props from Reg. 5 *****
