Once again Dr. Kaufman was fantastic. She's patient and thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her completely and am so relieved to have her as my dentist. The whole practice is also remarkably understanding of my schedule and work/life situation and really go out of their way to help make these appointments possible for me. I'm incredibly grateful.

My first check up since the recent pandemic, and it was perfect. All precautions taken and social distancing observed. Everyone masked, and shielded where appropriate. Air purifiers in waiting room, plenty of space. Very happy with the visit and how all the desk staff, assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Figueroa were mindful of my safety. Angela my hygienist and Dr. Figueroa were fantastic, as always. As usual, my care was top notch, which is why I continue to be a patient at Presidental Care.

In a post COVID NYC, there's an expected prioritization of clean and sanitary conditions, especially at your dentist. All precautions were taken, and all the measures that they put in place made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. Angela the hygienist was awesome as always, and she wore PPE, gloves, and a face shield while working on me. Clean office with a courteous staff. Extremely professional and helpful. Dentist are all great.
Dr. Figueroa was very pleasant and professional throughout my visit. Her team at the desk were very nice and helpful at all time with the service I was going to perform with Dr. Figueroa.
