On Tuesday at approximately 5:00 PM, during a dental cleaning performed by Elisa, I heard and felt a significant crack in my upper-right back tooth. I immediately experienced severe, shocking nerve pain. I believe the cleaning was performed excessively aggressively and that the treatment caused or contributed to the fracture.
