Stop hiring young, unprofessional front desk help. No clue how to talk to patients
Hands down very professional, especially Dr. Josh, very calming person, always asks me how I feel during and after procedures.
This dental clinic is absolutely terrible. They don't work by appointment. You show up and you're always waiting. They can treat their brothers-in-law and friends without an appointment. Think before you make an appointment.
Stay away from this guys , unprofessional dentist doctors , was there only ones , still in trouble , massed all everything over . Всем русско говорящим, не ходите к ним , вместо помощи у вас будут еще больше проблем .
Had an appointment, got there half an hour before my appointment. 1st of all, they lost my xray and wanted me to take another sets. I said no. I watch folks come and, spoke to them in what appears to be Russian and then proceeded to walk straight in. When ask whats going on, the lady at the desk said. Oh they have appointment. The lady sitting next to me, who is also Russian. Said to me. No they didn't, she is hooking them up. The dentist is cool and they know their job. However they system has to change.
