Terrible experience, unethical behavior, and aggressive upselling. I had an awful experience at Rego Park Dental Care. During my initial visit for a cleaning, I was charged $80 out-of-pocket for "medication" without clear explanation. The dentist examined me without wearing a mask, spoke extremely fast, and rushed to tell me I needed a wisdom tooth extraction for $550 out-of-pocket, despite having insurance that covers it elsewhere. Top-tier dental experience… they really care for their clients. My favorite is Dr. Avezbadalov. She gives the best advice and really cares for his patience and it’s very thorough with his work and hires the best staff to protect his clients healthcare.
Today I visited the clinic, and Dr. Michael did my filling. He was excellent—very professional, kind, and gentle throughout the entire procedure. He made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. I’m very happy with the care and service I received. Thank you, Dr. Michael.
Worst dental office. Even if you have schedule they will make you wait for more than 1 hour! Zero stars if possible. And then when they do the cleaning there is more talk than the actual cleaning!
The hygienist service is great, but the scheduling and front desk service are horrible. The clinic keeps sending incorrect dates, wrong times, or outdated appointment information to patients and expects them to confirm. The front desk also never keeps track of any requests made by patients. When patients call back, the front desk staff just brushes them off. Very unprofessional.
