Gave so many chances to this place. So so unprofessional. I booked an appointment earlier today and 30 mins before im scheduled for a foot massage, I get a call from spa that the person I booked is actually already booked for another massage for someone else. I asked for Cece and she's booked as well. I canceled altogether as I have had bad experiences with all the other masseuse.
