horrible – Horrible. I should have trusted my gut and walked right out of there. I went in looking for a trim. I said I wanted to keep the length and i wanted it point cut so it was not just a blunt straight line of hair. I had an appointment with Bill who took a grand total of FIVE MINUTES to trim my hair.
