this was a total waste of time and money and for sure the worst haircut I have ever had in my life! When I walked in, there was only one person available and it was a man(I think). He acted and looked very unproffesional and now I know why! After telling him what I wanted done, which was tapered around my face, bangs trimmed, and very little length cut off the back of my hair, he started cutting away! horrible – Horrible. I should have trusted my gut and walked right out of there. I went in looking for a trim. I said I wanted to keep the length and i wanted it point cut so it was not just a blunt straight line of hair. I had an appointment with Bill who took a grand total of FIVE MINUTES to trim my hair. He did not get it wet, cut it by sections or take his time. He just took the right side and chopped it, and then the left. He did not pay any attention to my front layers at all.
