I had a hair appointment set for 5PM on Monday and it was with LARISSA. I drove from Fremont to Pleasanton for this appointment and when I arrived LARISSA blatantly refused to do my hair because she felt it wouldnt look good. She said she wouldnt even service me for any style. I was shell shocked as I would never have come so far had I known that I would be treated that way. I would NOT RECOMMEND coming here. She is rude and unprofessional.

I had the worst experience with my haircut. I spent $75 and spoiled my hair. I showed the stylist a picture of the haircut, but she did something else. She made my hair really short. Worst experience ever. As soon as I showed the pic she took the sizers and cut my length and that was short.

I went here to have my haircut and Heather did a great job with layering my hair. The layers are very pretty. I think she should be a stylist to the stars. :)

I just walked in here. The place was clearly still open, but there was nobody to be seen. After a minute I called out to the back and heard an unintelligible reply. Eventually someone approached and she was clearly not interested in communication with another human. I had to wait a cringeworthy amount of time for an answer to each question I asked and when I finally got any verbal response it was as if the attendant was trying to convince me that this wasn't the place for me...which is strange, because I was the only patron ... read more
