Ive brought my daughter there before and never had any problems, but yesterday i ask for a wash n blow n she is mix so her hair is more ethnic, peolpe when I say 3hrs omg never again they really need to stopying to people about they all know how to handle all hair types, well it was wash n blown out I'm happy she use the flat iron that what gave it an extra star
