First and Last time – When I got to the salon I checked in, the girl, who never introduced herself, told me to follow her. She asked what I wanted done and then washed and cut my hair with barely a word. When done she gave me her card, Tara is her name. Then checked me out. The stations looked very used and dirty. I will never go to or recommend this Regis salon. I gave it a one star rating because it will not let you publish without.
SMART STYLE IN WALMART OWNED BY REGIS – went to Mt. Dora smart style(owned by regis) and got a special 14 foils for $44. The manager MONA did a hack job and as soon as she was done told me to come back and she would fix it. I called and she said she did not want to deal with it and would refund my $. REGIS IS GREAT – I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY HAIR DONE AT REGIS FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS. I LOVE THE GIRL THAT DOES MY HAIR (AMANDA) SHE IS THE ONLY HAIRDRESSER I HAVE BEEN TO THAT I DON'T COME OUT AND RE-STYLE IT. SHE IS A VERY NICE, AND LISTENS WHEN I TALK TO HER. I LOVE THIS SHOP, AND I DON'T PLAN ON GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS LINDA
