don't go to raylyn. I've been using regis for several years now, always seem to get a different stylist, some are better than others but I'm pretty low maintenance all in all. the last one I had there was my favorite and the stylist (I don't recall her name) said she would put notes in the computer for me. however, last night was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life and this includes when i was a child a got a hold of a pair of scissors and did it myself. the hack job done to the back of my head is atrocious and there'... read more
First time customer. I asked for a trim to get a little more volume and just to shape up my curls. Specifically said I don’t like my hair short or short layers around my face and that I need to be able to get my hair up in a low pony multiple days a week. I absolutely loved this place and the people there. I went to get a haircut by Baileigh and she did phenomenal and was a natural. Very nice and went above and beyond in all aspects.

UPDATE: After my review the manager reached out offering to fix my hair (I had already gone to a new salon for this) or refund the cut. This was an example of the customer service that I was previously used to from this salon. So, though my experience there is still valid, they definitely took note to correct it.
