Customer service sucks!!!! I made a 100 appointment for myself and 100 for my son for only trims, I wanted to try something little before getting hair colored and brazilian blow outs. When we got there the stylist had booked us back to back and I explained that we didn't really have time for that we needed two 100. I dont know if she needed clients or what but thats not cool. Do Not Let a Them Perm Your Hair! Worst perm my daughter and I have ever had. Totally fried my hair with the expired products that they used. I spent over $200 dollars and my daughters perm was gone but frizzy by the next day and I had one half of my head was permed and the other fell out. Manager only seemed to be interested in trying to blame me for not taking care of it.
