My hair looks horrifying. It's orange yellow peach and white. :'( I have asked for a refund. Management won't be back till Tuesday. My luck

Went in for a trim and to get my hair permed. Angie was AMAZING! I'm not really a girly girl. I don't go to salons to get my hair done often. Angie was friendly. Made me feel welcomed and not like I didn't have a clue (because honestly I don't). She asked tons of question even during the process just to make sure everything was perfect. The other gals in there was super friendly as well and asked multiple times if they could do or get anything for me. I got scalped yesterday. Instead of leaving my hair 4 inches all over, Suszie cut 4 inches off. I didn't have hair long enough to cut 4 inches. Now I have stubble in the back. I am embarrassed to go out in public. I am furious! I had bad experiences there before with color, instead of blonde I ended up orange. Anna admitted she used the wrong color so I gave her a second chance with the same results. I'll never set foot in that place again.
