I toured these apartments as a potential resident. The woman who gave me the tour was nice but obviously didn't love her job there which didn't give me a lot of confidence living there. The remodeled apartments were very nice and loved the space. The older ones were very small and felt cramped. I did not live here but as someone who works in sales, I wasn't sold that I would be taken care of as a resident. Never received a follow up call either.
The Berkeley at Regis is now under new ownership and management. Schedule an appointment to come view the spacious 4 Bedroom townhouses!
The worst Apartment Complex in DENVER DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! WE HAD MOLD IN OUR BATHROOM WALL!!! we moved in and noticed are bathroom wall was soft there was a thick layer of mold under it!!!! TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO fix
On top of Ellen being completely moronic and incredibly rude, the hot tub was never maintained in my three years of occupancy. The feces that covered the premises was overwhelming on a daily basis and the walls were a little too thin for my liking, especially when u have a tone deaf DJ downstairs who pumps his new bassnectar samples at 2am on a Tuesday.
