Great medical and pastoral care.
Yes this is a lovely facility, but like everything in life it’s the people that matter and make a difference. The team at Hornsby Regis are exceptional, across the board, the management Justine, Ashley and Julie, all ready in a second to help in any way they can, with advise, assurance, friendship, a good laugh, or simply just a smile. My mother is, and my late father was, a resident of Regis Hornsby. I cannot speak highly enough of the management and staff of this home. My mother is treated with dignity and respect and our family is always welcome and listened to. I am not able to be there as often as I would like to be but I am comforted by the knowledge that mum is looked after by everyone and stimulated with social activities each day. Thank you Regis Hornsby team for you dedication and care.
With the greatest difficulty I put my 90yr old mum into Regis. Words can't describe how happy she is. She had a lonely life living alone in a unit. She loves the staff who are so caring & considerate. It's nice because she's enjoying the activities & I get to pop in & spend time with her everyday as I live & work close by. I would like to thank Ashley & Justine so... much for welcoming my mum & making her feel at home. I look forward to her enjoying her time at Regis & I look forward to spending more time with her.
