Regis Brighton is homely, clean and comfortable. Staff are always cheerful and try to engage the residents in the many activities available. A special mention for Diana Cox who handles the admissions. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me negotiate Edward’s difficult journey into aged care. Regis is a very nice nursing home. Staff are very very helpful. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Meals are very good.
Regis will not allow my 88 yo mother who lives at home on a HCP to choose her own pull ups and pads. I am disgusted with them and have taken the matter to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Beware, Regis have all plethora of disqualify and self serving rules in the fine print. Shame on you Regis Mildura. Shame on you. Go elsewhere don’t give your mother to these Aged Care Rottweilers.
Highly recommend Regis Brighton. Justine and the team have been amazing in welcoming our family and have been supportive and communicative throughout the journey.
