Walked into Regis today, accidentally in the wrong building. To the tall blonde woman behind reception- pull the stick out of your bum. I am assuming customer service is definitely not your fortè.. Yes I was fully aware that “This is an aged care home”. I work in aged care & was meeting a client for the first time. I simply entered the wrong building. Learn some people skills & do better.
I had a disappointing experience with the clinical management at this facility. The clinical manager displayed a consistently unprofessional attitude—often dismissive, unapproachable. This created a tense work environment and made communication difficult. It’s unfortunate, as the rest of the team works hard and deserves better leadership. I hope the organization takes feedback seriously and makes improvements in leadership behavior and accountability.
Regis will not allow my 88 yo mother who lives at home on a HCP to choose her own pull ups and pads. I am disgusted with them and have taken the matter to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Beware, Regis have all plethora of disqualify and self serving rules in the fine print. Shame on you Regis Mildura. Shame on you. Go elsewhere don’t give your mother to these Aged Care Rottweilers.
