Worst customer service I ever received. I went in the beginning of the week wanting to get help building my credit. Mrs Angela mixon assured me she could help. It's the end of the week she won't return my phone calls. She does not deserves whatever bonus it is she gets for helping me because she hasn't done squat. Beware of this branch . Thanks for nothing been a member for over 15 years
Regions is not a good fit for small business owners. They are always putting deposits on hold. Sometimes for 10 days. Checks from people you have deposited from before with no problems. A manager has to override the hold. Both branch managers on vacation on a Friday. So, no manager. If you need a business loan you have to go thru another party. Tellers are always nice and can only do what they are allowed to do. Not the best option for small business owners.
Today I had to do a transaction , Sydney took care of me , she explained me all the terminology that I didn’t understand well on English , she’s kind !! Thank you ..
On the inside to take care of business they on point....the people make sure you're taken care of and most of all if you're on break @ work and it takes longer than what you expect they will offer you an excuse to take back to work if needed......
