This is the Slowest Region bank in Alabama. I dont understand why they are so slow.
I am new to the Regions family, about one year now!!! I had been with Wells Fargo for 25 years and began to feel devalued and unappreciated as a customer. I moved all of my financials to Regions and I have never been happier! I wish I had moved years ago! What a difference! Thank you Regions for an 'above par' experience with each visit!
Terrible bank for a small business. This bank treated me worse and worse as my business grew. They love to put 10 day holds on checks, I understood when it was first time deposits with a new customer but Regions would do the same thing with customers I have deposited multiple checks with. The final straw was when I deposited a check and the teller just said well its all to do with your relationship with Regions. Mind you I had never ever overdrawn my account or had any issues. Worst customer service I ever received. I went in the beginning of the week wanting to get help building my credit. Mrs Angela mixon assured me she could help. It's the end of the week she won't return my phone calls. She does not deserves whatever bonus it is she gets for helping me because she hasn't done squat. Beware of this branch . Thanks for nothing been a member for over 15 years
