The regions bank at the promenade was a very different bank , all of the tellers had smiles and were looking to engage with people. Even the other customers were cheerful , courteous, and friendly. I wish that I lived closer to that location.
I visited this location only because I was already in the area. The hueytown branch is closer. But I would drive the distance to go to this branch. The branch manager, Lindsay is awesome. She genuinely cares and does everything she can to help.
The manager, Lindsay, and her team are consistently customer first. Hands down, this branch gives its customers top tier service.
Terrible customer service here. Understaffed and uncommunicative. Long waits even when not busy. Not customer friendly at all.
