The manager, Lindsay, and her team are consistently customer first. Hands down, this branch gives its customers top tier service.
Terrible customer service here. Understaffed and uncommunicative. Long waits even when not busy. Not customer friendly at all.
I deposited a check and they put a hold on it for 8 days.I feel this is ridiculously excessive especially when they never disclosed this to me before said hold.I will definitely be closing this account when all pending transactions have been completed.I don't think this branch respects the customer at all!This has put me in a very bad spot but they don't care! This is the slowest branch I have ever been too! I come almost every to make a deposit for work and I'm sitting for almost 30 minutes every day. If you use the drive thru they only let you use the window lane and the girl moves like a snail. There is no one else in the other lanes, 2 cars in the window (Commercial Lane) the only one I can use and I've been sitting here burning up my gas for 20 minutes already.
