They have an automated phone system that doesn't answer every need you might have and there is no way around it. You must physically go to a bank if you have a question that is not met in their automated system.
Thanks Regions Bank. Just got your letter today that you are closing my accounts in retaliation for filing complaints when you wouldn't change my address--real professional!! This bank is horrible. Stay far, far away! It took me more than a year to get my address for my Regions Visa corrected in their system. I submitted the address change online, over the phone, via mail, and even went in a branch once, but they continued to send it to the wrong address!
