I went with my elderly friend to help him. There was a very nice and attentive lady who was kind enough to help us. When she finished, we proceed to take care of some online shopping. The transaction didn’t go through. My next step was to look for the lady - who wasn’t there. Mentioning this to another man behind a desk, he asks what we needed. Terrible servicio, me bloquearon la tarjeta todo mi viaje de 30 días. Tenía que informar cada maldit$ compra, en mi último día me bloquearon el acceso a mi cuenta online, llamé 30 veces al servicio al cliente y no pudieron darme una solución. Quiero llegar a Miami y cerrar las dos cuentas que tengo y no volver a verlos nunca más.
