We received the same letter off and on regarding our Savings account for a whole year after adding me to my husband's account. They needed our signature, we sent it back, emails it, even dropped it off at a branch. A few weeks later received the same letter. Recently we moved, changed our address, ect witht the bank. Well my credit card chip broke. I called in to get a replacement card. They don't have our apartment building on my card, but they have it under my husband's and our account.
