We received the same letter off and on regarding our Savings account for a whole year after adding me to my husband's account. They needed our signature, we sent it back, emails it, even dropped it off at a branch. A few weeks later received the same letter. Recently we moved, changed our address, ect witht the bank. Well my credit card chip broke. I called in to get a replacement card. They don't have our apartment building on my card, but they have it under my husband's and our account. Always am greeted by a smiling face I love my bank.
Great bank
Very rude employees. They seem to have a an attitude whenever we come in for day to day things as if we are an inconvenience. Seriously considering pulling our money and banking elsewhere. The location across town and inside kroger are much better and dont make you feel like a burden.
