The management here was absolutely worthless. Our business went to them with a potential issue of wire fraud by one of their customers. Regions authorized an ACH reversal in violation of banking standards and without any investigation. The issue was brought to the attention of management, they appeared interested in checking into it. Both employees I've dealt with at this location have been very helpful. Only negative: the exterior ATM touch display is inoperable, rendering the ATM unusable at this moment.
