One of the ATM machines locked and my husband was unable to receive his money he requested. The machine also took the card and he went inside and spoke to a male coworker regarding the matter. Was told the funds would return to his account within 10 business days. Then my husband called the branch, spoke to the manager named Yolanda. The staff and customer service is unmatched Dane helped me fix my address mishap definitely recommend this bank and this branch if you need a bank with people that have great attitudes and go above and beyond
I come to regions almost everyday and my two favorite tellers are Dane and William. They are both some helpful and make me feel welcome every time. They have become friends that ask about my family and things going on in life. They are both genuinely great human beings!
Update: new management and workers. Wayyyyyy better. 5 stars. This place is a convenient location but that’s about all it has going for it. The customer service is poor every visit I have. I’ll walk in and the 2 tellers will see me and talk for another few minutes in front of me before helping. They are condescending to me “because they have been doing this for 20 years, I know what I’m doing.” Just a general lack of friendliness and act like I’m a problem to be there.
