Update: new management and workers. Wayyyyyy better. 5 stars. This place is a convenient location but that’s about all it has going for it. The customer service is poor every visit I have. I’ll walk in and the 2 tellers will see me and talk for another few minutes in front of me before helping. They are condescending to me “because they have been doing this for 20 years, I know what I’m doing.” Just a general lack of friendliness and act like I’m a problem to be there. Lame Business account service. They are having a Very weakest system. My business account keeps comprising with skyjacker back to back in a month.
Very nice Regions Bank. Mr. Will Rivera helped me process a large deposit and print a new card in store since my chip was malfunctioning and offered to talk to me about my financial goals! Great experience would highly recommend!
