Lame Business account service. They are having a Very weakest system. My business account keeps comprising with skyjacker back to back in a month.
Very nice Regions Bank. Mr. Will Rivera helped me process a large deposit and print a new card in store since my chip was malfunctioning and offered to talk to me about my financial goals! Great experience would highly recommend!
Worst bank I’ve ever experienced. From getting balances wrong. They can’t even figure out how to close my account. The worst. The icing on the cake is they will fee you to death.
This place is a convenient location but that’s about all it has going for it. The customer service is poor every visit I have. I’ll walk in and the 2 tellers will see me and talk for another few minutes in front of me before helping. They are condescending to me “because they have been doing this for 20 years, I know what I’m doing.” Just a general lack of friendliness and act like I’m a problem to be there.
