I have always gotten quick service and that has even improved over the past few months. I feel valued with everyone I talk to. Very clean inside. Very friendly. Drive through is good also and quick usually. Love that they will make you a debit card in a few moments if your account gets compromised. I have been banking with Regions for over ten years at three different locations and I have rarely had a complaint.

Absolutely the WORST bank for commercial banking. We have been met with incompetecy too many times to count from the very first day we opened the account. That not only includes the local bankers, but also the call center and the actual services themselves. If I could give a fraction of a star I would.
All the banker are nice, they move fast and help you quickly in the inside and the drive thru. They are very professional. Great thing at this location is that you can get a debit card replacement the same day. They print them out on the spot at this location.
