The customer service is excellent, definitely the best service
At first, they were really helpful it seems. After I opened a biz checking account, I never got the $500 they promised with 10 debit transactions. I called and the rep and she said she was going to follow up and I never heard back. I also called about loan options and she never got back to me after she said she would look into it. To say the least, I didn’t bother asking her for my auto loan and I ended up financing the loan I asked for through a separate lender.
Beware of using this branches ATM. I deposited $525 about 2 months ago. The ATM ate my money and did not credit my account. I did have half a $20 that the atm spit out that the bank replaced. The worker at the branch did state they were having issues with their atm. I filed a claim and they took care of it with the stated 5 business days and credited my account for $505. Today I got a message from them that after further investigation, they only counted $355 and they would be withdrawing the difference. What a shitty bank to... read more
I have been banking with Regions for over 30 years. Working with real people and not machines is very important to me. Everyone at this branch in particular always welcomes customers and makes each one feel important.
