Beware of using this branches ATM. I deposited $525 about 2 months ago. The ATM ate my money and did not credit my account. I did have half a $20 that the atm spit out that the bank replaced. The worker at the branch did state they were having issues with their atm. I filed a claim and they took care of it with the stated 5 business days and credited my account for $505. Today I got a message from them that after further investigation, they only counted $355 and they would be withdrawing the difference. What a shitty bank to... read more
I have been banking with Regions for over 30 years. Working with real people and not machines is very important to me. Everyone at this branch in particular always welcomes customers and makes each one feel important.
I have always gotten quick service and that has even improved over the past few months. I feel valued with everyone I talk to. Very clean inside. Very friendly. Drive through is good also and quick usually. Love that they will make you a debit card in a few moments if your account gets compromised. I have been banking with Regions for over ten years at three different locations and I have rarely had a complaint.
