I'm really surprised they have a 3.5 rating. That's way higher than I figured. I was so sure when I pulled up they were going to have like a 1.7 rating. For Real they suck so bad

The CSR was kind and very helpful. I have never had any problems with Regions other than during covid when the branch was closed to foot traffic for so long.
