My first experience with the staff at this location ended my relationship with regions forever. I have never been so appalled in my life. I went to this location on my way to the funeral home yesterday to pay for my father’s death services. I needed a cashier’s check written to the funeral home. I had cash in my hands and have multiple accounts with money available at this bank. They explained their bank policy, which was fine. Always kind
All I’ve got to say is they have very nice people BUT if you are a veteran looking for a home loan: go elsewhere! shoddy communication, lack of VA loan knowledge, and unprofessional underwriters says it all. The rest will be on a fair lending complaint that I’m filing.
