My first experience with the staff at this location ended my relationship with regions forever. I have never been so appalled in my life. I went to this location on my way to the funeral home yesterday to pay for my father’s death services. I needed a cashier’s check written to the funeral home. Always kind
All I’ve got to say is they have very nice people BUT if you are a veteran looking for a home loan: go elsewhere! shoddy communication, lack of VA loan knowledge, and unprofessional underwriters says it all. The rest will be on a fair lending complaint that I’m filing.
I've been banking at the Lone Oak branch for a long long time. The service can't be beat and the location is perfect for my family.
