I mostly do my Regions Banking online. The few times that I go inside or use the drive thru all the employees are friendly. They always greet me and ask about me?. Bank is always clean inside and outside is always neat and well kept. Never have to wait long for a manager, if you have a question or problem about your Regions account.
The tellers at the branch are very kind and helpful during my visits.

I originally left a low review for a practical reason, but I changed this to a 5 star review because i know the people working there are nice. I just didnt like that i waited in line for 15 minutes and then was asked to come in since they were uncomfortable sending 2k withdrawal through the drive thru, and they didnt hold my spot, had to come in and wait all over again as the other people behind me were all getting served first. My only request is that the branch starts allowing, as other branches do, 2k to be withdrawn from... read more
They're scared to give more than 2k out in the druve thru. Any other regions for me, it's no problem. So you'll wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and then they'll ask you to come wait 15 minutes inside. And they have the phone code system for verification, yet scared to do it through the drive thru.
