This regions bank went over and beyond. The customer service was great and Mrs. Juanita is awesome I'm glad I choose this bank. Abby was also nice at the front desk.
The worst customer service ever! I had the worse experience there... attempting to cash a check drawn on their bank. 1. The drive thru is ONLY for their customers. They won't even cash a check drawn on their bank there so now I had to drive back around and go inside. 2. It was an act of Congress inside. ID required, no problem and a fingerprint. Again.. the check was drawn on their bank and made out to me. 3. The icing on the cake... they charge $2 to cash their own checks. Absolutely ridiculous! Apparently they have all the... read more

Been with this bank since Ralph Westmoreland worked here. Griffin Federal at the time. Have always had a good working relationship with all the employees. Love the home town bank atmosphere.
