I have multiple accounts at different banks for different purposes. At Regions I know that I have very helpful and knowledgeable people who have been there for many years of experience. They know me by name and I know and trust them. They make it easy to do my online banking and also make it easy to transfer between accounts and other banks. Without question I’ll recommend this bank and these associates.
The only reason I am still Banking at Regions is Sherri Hill!!! Sherri has been with Regions for 38 years back when The Bank of Murray was a real bank! Atta girl Sherri!!! Thanks for helping an old guy navigate today's electronic world. Regions has really great people and they try really hard!!!! The problem is they are being stretched too thin. NOT even close to enough help!!!! My wait for a simple teller transaction yesterday was awful particulalry for an old man who can't stand too long.
Bridgett at the front always has an attitude, if you don't want to do your job then quit. It shouldn't be anyone else's problem. I can never go into regions without getting some sort of flack from her. Such an unhappy person.
I went to the Murray Regions to have a new debit card made. The lady that helped me was the nicest bank employee I have ever met. She exceeded my expectations on friendliness, proptness, courtesy, and efficiency. She also advised me on choosing the type of account that would better serve my Senior needs. I am very satisfied with my Murray Regions encounter.
