I recently visited my Court St. branch to apply for a loan. I have banked here over 20 years. I already knew the service was good and reliable, but I had never met the person who handled my business before. She was not only polite and professionally dressed, and friendly, but she knew her job! She showed interest in taking care of my request in the best way for me. I felt very good and satisfied when I left. I would recommend Regions bank to anyone looking for a good bank with employees who work to help you.

I've been using Region's Bank for awhile now and it's better than any other Bank I've used, very helpful and knowledgeable employee's, very courteous every time I've been in there; if your looking for a great place for all your Banking needs Region's Bank is the Bank for you!
This is more of a positive review on the bank employees rather than a review on the company. The manager of this Paragould branch, and her tellers, genuinely care about your business. Although Regions Bank has always met my businesses needs, the people in this branch are whats worth bragging about. Wonderful small town folks that always exceeds my needs.
The people were nice so this isn’t necessarily anything against this branch specifically but a bank charging you for cashing their own checks is disgraceful to me. They will charge you $5 to cash a check from a regions account. Banks make money off of your money and yet have the audacity to charge you fees for giving them your money and now feeing others for being given your money. Disgusting.
