I deal with a lot of banks in my town and this bank is by far the worst bank in town. Anytime I call they do not answer. I spent one day calling all day for no one to answer and then when they finally do they act mad about it. The drive thru workers are soooo very nice and helpful but the wait time is horrible. They only ever pay one worker at the drive thru and I guess one person to answer the phone? What’s the point in having 4 lanes for drive thru if you only pay one worker to run 4 lanes. I recently visited my Court St. branch to apply for a loan. I have banked here over 20 years. I already knew the service was good and reliable, but I had never met the person who handled my business before. She was not only polite and professionally dressed, and friendly, but she knew her job! She showed interest in taking care of my request in the best way for me. I felt very good and satisfied when I left. I would recommend Regions bank to anyone looking for a good bank with employees who work to help you.
