This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bank. The Regions Bank branch is absolutely filthy and clearly neglected. The level of dirt and lack of maintenance is unacceptable for any business, let alone a financial institution. The safe deposit box area is especially disturbing—it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. If you need the money you deposit into your bank account as the bank officer promises, forget about this place. They promised my local check drawn on a local bank, deposited into a local bank and issued by a local business would be available the following day. Yeah . . . good luck with that! I am now told, after I deposited my paycheck, that I can forget about being allowed access to my earnings for 10 days.

Came to cash a ripped check and it turned into maybe the easiest process of getting an account set up. And i cashed my check into my new account. Thank you clara rodriguez!!!!
