I’m very understanding however this branch experience hasn’t been the best at all. I’ve gotten the round around about my account closing now going on two weeks. While waiting for my account to be closed I’ve gotten serval over draft fees. When in the beginning it should have been closed. I explained the situation to the BRANCH MANAGER and she kept explaining the fees to me like I was illiterate. BEST BANK EVER!!! In today's world, it's a relief to do face-to-face business with these consistently nice people. Every time I go to this branch of Regions I leave feeling heard, valued and helped with whatever financial situation is the concern. They've helped with big questions and little ones. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend! Truly.
I am not one to normally write bad reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. This regions branch is the worst branch to exist, and we were even warned by other regions branches after our experience with them that they are notorious for things like this. My husband deposited a large check to our account a week before Memorial Day weekend. The check posted to our account and then a couple days later it was put on hold.
