I’ve been banking with Regions Bank (East Parkway branch). I switched banks over constantly dealing with my accounts being hacked regardless of the changes I made or security measures I put into place. Other banks were not able to help stop these issues. Mr. Ulrich was amazing. I was not fully confident of what type of account I needed when I arrived. He helped me understand the the purpose of each account and helped me make a decision based of my personal details which account was the best fit for me. I’ve never had a better banking experience and I will definitely recommend people to come bank at regions just because of the service and knowledge he provided me!
