The ladies tellers always friendly with everyone, they address me with my name and I know they speak to so many people each day so that is impressive.
The only reason to use this bank is it's proximity to Sandestin. The tellers are nice and fairly efficient, but the other "services" are far below average compared to most other banks I have used. Not a happy customer.
Always had a good experience with Regions
Bank some place else if you can. Wife and I needed to have 1 piece of paper notarized. Regions wouldn't do it. We requested to close our account and they said we don't have enough cash will a cashier's check be ok. We said yes, then they had the nerve to charge us $10 for the check. This is how the treat all customers.
