It is always an extremely pleasant experience visiting this bank. I always go through the drive thru and Oxana takes exceptional care of her customers. She consistently goes above and beyond which is missing in a lot of service experience these days. Thank you Oxana!
I got upset and left a review. Woke up and deleted it. Then went to different branch and took less than a minute to make the deposit of the 4 money orders that totaled less than $ Plus I’ve been depositing the same money orders once a week for over a year and this is the first time ever. Plenty of money in accounts if there was any issue with the money orders. But, after waiting I was told “Money orders must be verified” Just inconsistent policies are frustrating.
I opened up a checking account here they said my card would be mailed to the grand boulevard location when I went to pick up the card they told me it was destroyed and that I would receive a new one in the mail never received it the whole time I was being charged fees for not using the card the I never received. Went into the grand boulevard branch and I felt like I was in an interrogation interview for a crime! Unfortunately this branch is the closest but I paid my mortgage went to my credit card went on hold with them 6 times 3 calls still not resolved. You need to think twice about this bank especially For mortgage and credit cards
