One of the worst banks ever takes about 25 minutes to make one little house payment The people aren't trained on these computers they need to know what they're doing every time you make a little extra on the principal they have to go in and make two transactions and half of them don't know what they're doing I'm going to start paying this online because it's just a nuisance going through the drive-through with such ignorant personnel who don't know what they're doing. I would avoid this branch at all possible
Extremely unhappy with my service. I have been a customer with Regions since 2010. I went in on 6/5/26 and applied for a personal loan. I was told I would receive a call on Monday for an update. I never received the call so I waited a few days. I called and left a message three times for an update over the span of almost two weeks. I finally received a call back after the third call on 6/17/26 for him to say the loan was denied and he was looking at other options and he would call me back. My "go to" person at Regions Bank, Grand Blvd is Kirk Johnston. He's in the corner office and I think he is the Branch Manager. He has a wonderful disposition, and he is very thorough with all of the loan documents. There's not a question you can ask that he doesn't have the answer to. He's also a very kind and good person. Which means a lot to me.
The ladies tellers always friendly with everyone, they address me with my name and I know they speak to so many people each day so that is impressive.
