They will give you interest rates for your savings account just to open an account. They will lower the interest rate and wont tell you anything until you realize. When you call to complain, they will tell you interest rates are variable when they initially told you rates were fixed. Staff needs training on not to give wrong info to people. Make your own research, don't rely on tellers words

I got upset and left a review. Woke up and deleted it. Then went to different branch and took less than a minute to make the deposit of the 4 money orders that totaled less than $ Plus I’ve been depositing the same money orders once a week for over a year and this is the first time ever. Plenty of money in accounts if there was any issue with the money orders. But, after waiting I was told “Money orders must be verified” Just inconsistent policies are frustrating.
