Bank some place else if you can. Wife and I needed to have 1 piece of paper notarized. Regions wouldn't do it. We requested to close our account and they said we don't have enough cash will a cashier's check be ok. We said yes, then they had the nerve to charge us $10 for the check. This is how the treat all customers.
They will give you interest rates for your savings account just to open an account. They will lower the interest rate and wont tell you anything until you realize. When you call to complain, they will tell you interest rates are variable when they initially told you rates were fixed. Staff needs training on not to give wrong info to people. Make your own research, don't rely on tellers words
Staff has attitude problems. Don't go to this branch

It is always an extremely pleasant experience visiting this bank. I always go through the drive thru and Oxana takes exceptional care of her customers. She consistently goes above and beyond which is missing in a lot of service experience these days. Thank you Oxana!
