Take a hour out of your schedule if you need anything Slowest experience everytime The ladies in drive thru they are amazing..(if you go inside or the place is after hours, you can’t do no banking here) Also, I have to add The ATM is Very outdated and that is coming from Regions customer service. It took $700 for my son and took weeks to get the money back. Almost every time I go up there, you can’t deposit money in the ATM Or it doesn’t work altogether.. Very pleasant staff in every way!
Amanda Chambellan was very rude she spoke with all the Caucasian customers. And treated me as if I was a ghost. When I made her aware of her actions she was very rude and nasty. She was training another employee teaching him all her bad habits. The employees move very slow! It was on one young lady that spoke to me when I walked in. I didn’t get her name but she had two-toned locs blonde in the front & black in the back. She’s always pleasant and great with the customers.
