My husband and I have done business with this branch for several years. Last week, Tuesday, I went by a Region’s ATM in Bessemer. I got a ripped $20, missing a little less than 1/4 of the bill. The ATM is free standing, not attached to an actual bank. I finally got a chance to take the bill to MY branch, and was told no, they would not exchange it. It needed to be at least 3/4 of the bill., looks like it was to me !!! Then I was offered no other options. Seems like the person that was supposed to be helping didn’t really car... read more
