Amanda Chambellan was very rude she spoke with all the Caucasian customers. And treated me as if I was a ghost. When I made her aware of her actions she was very rude and nasty. She was training another employee teaching him all her bad habits. The employees move very slow! It was on one young lady that spoke to me when I walked in. My husband and I have done business with this branch for several years. Last week, Tuesday, I went by a Region’s ATM in Bessemer. I got a ripped $20, missing a little less than 1/4 of the bill. The ATM is free standing, not attached to an actual bank. I finally got a chance to take the bill to MY branch, and was told no, they would not exchange it.
