Everyone at this bank is very professional and courteous. EXCEPT FOR PATTY. I've been with this branch for years and have always been treated excellent. After dealing with PATTY on a simple notary we were treated horribly. She's very rude, loud, and unprofessional. Literally yelled at us that she cannot and will not notarize our documents because in her words no bank notorizes these kinds of documents. I had to go to CFSB which I do not bank at to get it done and yes they notorized it for free no problem. I refuse to go in o... read more
