I started with this bank when it came to Five Forks after dealing with banks that didn't bother to know my name but was seeing me at least three times a month inside and a couple times at their drive through. Regions has an employee that has been there for a long while and it is great seeing her smiling face. My husband, daughter and I have an account with them for many years and enjoy the guidance, professionalism and happy personalities anytime we visit.
Regions bank is the worst of the banking options

I'd give you guys a negative stars rating if I could. First you guys closed our debit card a few months back (in which we didn't even do) that royally screwed us over (as it is our only means of pay) and today you guys closed one of our savings accounts not on any fault of our own that has money in it! We're absolutely PISSED you guys are able to STEAL our money but not give us any credit (which we needed that money TODAY!)
