I'd give you guys a negative stars rating if I could. First you guys closed our debit card a few months back (in which we didn't even do) that royally screwed us over (as it is our only means of pay) and today you guys closed one of our savings accounts not on any fault of our own that has money in it! We're absolutely PISSED you guys are able to STEAL our money but not give us any credit (which we needed that money TODAY!) Tried to eat a nice lunch outside next door with family & the Regions alarm went off 3 separate times. I don't know if they are testing it, but it was a little annoying. No police cars came. Our waitress said they do it often. Maybe they can try the testing outside of lunch hours to not disturb the restaurant's patrons next door???
Do not bank with them mark is very rude and racist once he help you open an account and make a sell that’s all he cares about
Highly disappointed with the service of this branch. I’ve been with regions for almost 20 years. The lack of knowledge and the attitude with the outdoor atm and when it will be serviced just really threw me off. I will never return to this branch.
