Highly disappointed with the service of this branch. I’ve been with regions for almost 20 years. The lack of knowledge and the attitude with the outdoor atm and when it will be serviced just really threw me off. I will never return to this branch.
Regions is like no other bank or financial institution. I am treated like a friend when i encounter any employee. They genuinely care and listen to any issue I have and i feel comfortable with their recommendations for my finances. They are the friendliest bank Ive ever used. I feel like my teller I see each week is my friend that i could go have coffee with. This place is genuine. I will never use another bank.
Greeted with a friendly smile when we walked in. Karen was very helpful in trying to resolve our issue. Great example of customer service.
