Today I needed extra assistance for an upcoming international trip. I needed the cash from my check to be crisp, clean bills (required for exchange in the country to which I am traveling). I called and spoke with Ida, the branch manager and she very kindly invited me to come and and she would be glad to help. When I got there, she personally cashed my check, waited patiently for me to inspect each bill, and swapped out any that may have been too worn.
