Today I needed extra assistance for an upcoming international trip. I needed the cash from my check to be crisp, clean bills (required for exchange in the country to which I am traveling). I called and spoke with Ida, the branch manager and she very kindly invited me to come and and she would be glad to help. When I got there, she personally cashed my check, waited patiently for me to inspect each bill, and swapped out any that may have been too worn. Once had a glowing review of this branch! Tonya was amazing. Helpful and kind. I have a safety deposit box at this branch and will be switching over. Recently had an issue with a check and “Julie” was so rude on the phone and unhelpful. I literally had to hang up on her because she was so rude and combative. Not how i want to do business.
