Once had a glowing review of this branch! Tonya was amazing. Helpful and kind. I have a safety deposit box at this branch and will be switching over. Recently had an issue with a check and “Julie” was so rude on the phone and unhelpful. I literally had to hang up on her because she was so rude and combative. Not how i want to do business.
If i could give zero stars i would give triple zero stars. They are racists I tried to open up bank account I gave all the documents requested than they had me sitting there for an additional 20 minutes with my newborn child just to tell me they cant use my statement i provided . which she could of said that when i gave her the documents when we first sat down because clearly she knew that already or she was lying. Zero stars is what they deserve! do not trust this bank. Customer no service. They asked for my phone number to discuss and have never heard from them. Do not trust them. They lie. All kinds of statements on the wall about customer care, it is just lies!!!!!!!!!!! I have friends in Alabama where they are based who say to stay away from Regions bank. They moved into my neighborhood and sent an offer then did not follow thru on promises.
