I want to share feedback regarding my experiences at the branch. Landon has always been very professional, courteous, and helpful during my visits, and I appreciate his consistent level of customer service. Unfortunately, my interactions with Ashley have been quite the opposite. On multiple occasions, I felt uncomfortable due to her behavior, including perceived rudeness and unprofessional conduct. These people are terrible. I'm gonna remove my business from them. Yesterday was the 29th of November 2025 and my Lenny had hit my account. I was out running errands and I said let me go ahead and withdraw some money. You have to swipe your card in order to open the door to get gain access to the A. TM machine. This branch has been very helpful to me.
The people are friendly, but Regions is a very poor bank from a process and options perspective. Recent experience at branches in Memphis and Columbia were very unsettling. Memphis - needed to add beneficiaries to my 91 yr old father in law's new account. Tried online - no luck. Had take a barely mobile 90 year old physically to the bank to add beneficiaries. Worst banking experience ever. They dont have physical locations most places and their customer service is a nightmare. They keep transferring my calls and ending them abruptly. I have been trying to reach them since a month to get my refund check issues to get solved. Hope atleast this review reaches out to someone over there who really cares about their long time customer like me.
