Every time I go into the bank everyone is always friendly. My first time dealing with Ashley was a pleasure. She is extremely helpful with any questions that I have with any banking needs.
I want to share feedback regarding my experiences at the branch. Landon has always been very professional, courteous, and helpful during my visits, and I appreciate his consistent level of customer service. Unfortunately, my interactions with Ashley have been quite the opposite. On multiple occasions, I felt uncomfortable due to her behavior, including perceived rudeness and unprofessional conduct. These people are terrible. I'm gonna remove my business from them. Yesterday was the 29th of November 2025 and my Lenny had hit my account. I was out running errands and I said let me go ahead and withdraw some money. You have to swipe your card in order to open the door to get gain access to the A. TM machine. Oh my God, then when I get in there, the stupid machine declined my transaction twice. I mean, what is really going on here and I still wasn't able to withdraw seleni.
