Really great customer service Kayla helped me with what I need today and even with what I didn’t know I needed. She went above and beyond.
Staff is awesome and welcoming.
Isiah and Yumi are Awesome and it is nice to walk in and immediately be greeted by one or both of them each time I come in. At my other bank the people are in glass walled off rooms and I feel as if I’m interrupting when stick my head in to ask a question.
We had a complicated situation with an account, and Kayla was truly wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so empathetic throughout the process. What could have been a really overwhelming experience felt much easier with her help. Yumi and Isiah were also wonderful, and we really appreciated the care and professionalism from everyone.
Closed before posted times when I needed help. Completely unhelpful.
