Yumi Miller was extremely kind and professional during our experience with opening a checking for minors account for our daughter. Things went smoothly without any hassle with her. My low review is for one of the bank tellers that they left in charge to lock up the building at the end of the day. She is extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes at us behind the window. Isiah is the BEST!! Helped me and my business partner set up a joint account and got us the best account option available to us. Helped us through setting up passcodes, mobile banking, and everything! If you bank with Regions, or are looking to, talk to Isiah for top quality service!
Yumi is the best! I just went in to fix my account I opened and she was so nice, and knew what she was talking about. She was very patient and helpful, so glad I have a regions near by! Very helpful employees in there.
